Liability Transfer & Surrender Request

Submitting this form initiates a formal review process. Read all policies below carefully. Incomplete submissions or failure to acknowledge required policies will result in automatic rejection.

Mandatory Acknowledgements

You must read and check every box below before the form will submit. These policies are non-negotiable.

Farm Animals Only

We strictly accept farm animals only. We do NOT accept domestic pets (dogs, cats, etc.).

Rooster Capacity Alert

We are currently AT CAPACITY for roosters. Submissions for roosters will automatically be placed on a waiting list or declined.

Prioritization & Funding Policy

Our primary resources are reserved for animals coming from active neglect, abuse, or legal seizure cases. If you are surrendering due to personal circumstances (e.g., relocation, life changes), we strongly encourage a donation or a short-term sponsorship commitment to help offset the ongoing care costs your animal will require. While funding is not always required, it meaningfully impacts our ability to say yes — and to continue saying yes to animals in greater need.

Transport Responsibility

We do NOT provide animal pick-up or transport services. You are fully responsible for safely transporting the animal to our facility if approved.

No Updates / No Visits

Once an animal is surrendered, all ownership rights are forfeited. We do NOT provide ongoing progress updates, photos, or status reports, and former owners are strictly prohibited from visiting surrendered animals.

Volunteering Restriction

Former owners are NOT eligible for animal-handling volunteer positions, as our facility cannot be used as a backdoor boarding arrangement. (Public farm tours may be purchased separately on our website if you wish to visit as a general guest.)

Veterinary Records Requirement

I understand that complete veterinary records and proof of a recent professional veterinary examination are strictly required prior to intake consideration.
